SMS Terms & Consent

Consent to receive text messages

By providing your mobile telephone number to P&G AI Consulting — through our enquiry form, in correspondence, or verbally — and confirming that you would like to hear from us by text, you consent to receive text message communications from us at that number relating to your enquiry or engagement. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

What we send

Messages are limited to the business at hand: responding to your enquiry, scheduling or confirming appointments, and follow-up on an active engagement. We do not send promotional or marketing texts. Frequency varies with your matter — typically no more than a handful of messages per engagement.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. P&G AI Consulting charges nothing for its messages.

Opting out

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not text you again. To opt back in, simply tell us. You may also reply HELP at any time to receive our contact details and support information, or reach us directly at penningtondouglas347@gmail.com.

Your number, protected

Your telephone number is used solely to communicate with you as described above. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we never sell it. Carriers and message delivery providers process messages as necessary to deliver them, but they are not liable for our content or delayed delivery.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued text correspondence after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
